FAQ

Before your first visit.

The most common questions about Afterlife Studio Doki.

Is there an instructor in the studio?

Afterlife Studio Doki is fully self-service. Your workout is guided through an individual screen and the program you select. The training library includes over 1,000 hours of content recorded by qualified and certified Reformer Pilates instructors. During your workout, you watch the session on the screen and listen to the instructor’s guidance through your own headphones. The instructor speaks English. Don’t worry if you don’t speak English. Simply follow the instructor on the screen — every movement is demonstrated clearly and in detail.

Do I need Reformer experience?

No. Our library includes over 1,000 hours of workouts divided into different categories. On the screen, you can choose whether you are experienced or a beginner, whether you want an easy and relaxing session or a more challenging, cardio-focused workout. You can also select which areas of the body you would like to focus on and how long you want your workout to last. During your booked Reformer time slot, you can try as many different workouts as you like, with no limit on the number of sessions you explore. For both complete beginners and experienced Reformer Pilates users, the first visit includes a mandatory onboarding session. We show you how the Reformer works and how to use the workout library, so you can train independently and confidently from the start.

Can Pilates instructors train here?

Yes. Afterlife Studio Doki is also a space for independent practice and inspiration for Pilates professionals. You can use our library of over 1,000 hours of classes for your own training, development and inspiration. What we do not allow is conducting a training session for another person within our studio space. Certified training courses for instructors will also be available soon — more information coming shortly.

Are mat workouts available as well?

Yes. The workout library available on the screen at each Reformer includes a wide range of mat-based sessions. You will also find the mat and any additional equipment you may need — such as a ball, dumbbells and other accessories — at Afterlife Studio Doki. You can complete your mat workout in the space next to your Reformer. The price is the same as for a Reformer workout. Once you have booked your training slot, you decide how you want to use it — train on the Reformer, on the mat, or combine both.

What are the studio opening hours?

Every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can book a one-hour time slot or reserve more than one hour, depending on your needs. The studio is open continuously from morning until evening, with no breaks.

Is there a shower available at the studio?

Yes. Our studio has a bathroom with a shower. There is only one shared, unisex bathroom for all clients, so it may occasionally be occupied for a short time. If you plan to take a shower after your workout, please bring your own bath towel.

Are there lockers with keys available for storing personal belongings?

Yes. Our studio has a changing area equipped with lockers that can be locked with a key.

Which pass should I choose for my first visit?

For all new clients, we recommend purchasing the "START Package". It is a specially discounted pass for your first session at our studio. During your first visit, 15 minutes are dedicated to mandatory onboarding with an Afterlife Studio Doki team member. You will learn how the Reformer works, how to use the kiosk and the workout library on the screen, and how to train independently and safely in our studio.

Does the studio accept sports cards such as MultiSport or similar?

Yes. We accept MultiSport, Medicover Sport, PZU Sport and FitProfit cards at our studio. If you have one of these cards, use the "Sports Card Holders" (POSIADACZE KART SPORTOWYCH) section in our Fitssey pricing page. With a valid sports card, you pay PLN 20 less per visit than the standard price. Please remember to bring your sports card with you to every session, as it must be verified.

How do I book a session?

Make sure to create an account in the Fitssey app. You can access it from our website using the "Book" buttons. With a Fitssey account, you can manage everything yourself: book a time slot, purchase passes and cancel an existing reservation without losing your session. Please remember to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled workout. Cancellations made later than that will result in the loss of the booked session.

Can I come to the studio and work out without using the Fitssey app?

Yes. You can pay for a single session at the studio and work out even if you do not have a Fitssey account. This is possible, however, only if a Reformer is available at that time. We still recommend creating a Fitssey account, as it is by far the easiest and our preferred way to book your Reformer in advance.
